Hey Everyone!! I am SOOO sorry I have been so absent! As some of you may know, I started a new job a couple of weeks ago and I am trying to get into a new groove, and so far, I have not had time when the lighting is good to film the rest of my series we are working on, BUT, I am going to try really hard to get one filmed this weekend!!

ALSO...this is VERY EXCITING news!! I just started my own Mary Kay Business...however, I wont be pedaling the products all over the place here, so don't worry. I might add them in here and there, but I wont bombard you all!! :) But, if you need anything, feel free to let me know! hehe {sorry, had to get a little shameless self promotion in there}

So, on to the outfits:
my pictures sucked because it has been raining all week, so one is inside and one is outside with the flash...eeewww!! I HATE flash! lol

This is my outfit from Sunday...NICE AND BRIGHT BABY! I stood out at church, that's for sure! I also had a photo shoot on Sunday, I was the photographer for three very special ladies who are graduating from UT in 5 weeks!! One of them happens to be my lovely sister! LOVE YA BRITT!! :) So I had to be comfortable.

when I saw this video I thought of myself, of my daughter, of my friends. Don't thinkt hat this isn't happening to people you know. As someone who used to have a pretty severe eating disorder, I know what it's like to be on the very skinny size and on the very fat size, and I am saying no more! I am going to love myself for myself, for what is on the inside AND for what's on the outside.

I want my daughter to see her self as beautiful at any size and I dont want her to continue this fat talk on herself or on others!!

My Camera...

Hey Ladies and Gents! So I thought I would post this since I get asked all the time, "What kind of camera do you use?" because my pictures are very clear. Since I love photography, and actually used to do it for a living, I invested in lots of good equipment. However, I sold a lot of it off to get started on my graphic design business!! lol But I did keep my trusty backup camera and now it is my full time worker. So if you are in the market for a pretty good SLR camera, get a pen and a piece of paper...

I use a Canon Digital Rebel XT (not the XTi or the XS or the XSi, etc. just the regular old XT) I have had it about 5 years now and I love it!
This camera runs about $650-$899 depending on where you buy them.

For my lens, I use a fixed lens, meaning it does not zoom, so you have to move your self if you want to "zoom"! lol But these lenses get the SHARPEST pictures, making them very clear and lifelike! I use a 50mm (otherwise known as the nifty-fifty) these are about $80 and are WELL worth the money! Check out eBay!!

Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done! :) I hope this helps!!!

damn, I hate being sick!!

Hey Everyone, I am so sorry I haven't been posting, I am very sick and trying to battle a sinus infection while my daughter is sick with a virus, and my mom has the flu!! So please pray we all are better soon!!

Also, I would love to ask for prayers for my daughter, not only because she is sick, but when I took her to the doctor the other day, they heard that she has an irregular heartbeat, something called pvc's, so on Tuesday she has to see a cardiologist! As you can tell, I am quite scared!! So if you could keep her in your thoughts, I will love you forever! :)

I am hoping to be back by next week to finish out the stylish smokes collection videos!! :) talk to you all soon,

So today starts our series of tutorials on how to use the Maybelline Stylish Smokes Quads that I reviewed yesterday.

The first one up is the Emerald Smokes quad. This makes a BEAUTIFUL green smokey eye that anyone can pull off, day or night!

Hey Guys! We took my daughter to Gatti Town tonight and I filmed a couple of videos, so that is all I got dressed for! I am working from home tonight, so not much else going on!

ULTA HAUL!!

I got to take a Trip to ULTA with my daughter the other day. I have only been like twice since I quit working there, so it's always fun to go and see all my buddies!

So, I went to hit the sales and use a ton of coupons that I have been carrying around, and BOY did I get a great deal! Everything I purchased was just under $25 with tax! INSANE...I know!!

Old Navy super clearance and Daily Outfit

So, this was actually an outfit I wore the other day, but it has been raining so much here, I haven't been able to get a decent post together! Sorry guys!
I have, however, purchased some AMAZING bargains this past week. Old Navy has been having an additional 50% off of their clearance. So I have been to 3 different Old Navy's to see what I could snatch up. I got 3 pairs of jeans, a denim skirt, 2 dresses, 7 tank top,s and 6 t-shirts all for around $60!!! No joke! I cant wait to wear it all!

What I am wearing today:
