Valentines Feature

Cheap Fashion DIY : Satin Bow Necklace

This necklace is inspired by a necklace I saw at Torrid for $12.00,
however, there were so many things wrong with their version, I just knew I had to make my own!

The chain was too short (and gold, which I don't wear much of) and the bows all looked like they were about to fall apart! (plus it only came in black!) So here is my version that you can make on any kind of chain, any length you want, and almost any color bow you could imagine!

Materials Needed:
bows in any color you want from My Moments by Offray (found at walmart for $2.49 for a 2 pack...can be found in the craft section by the fabric)
chain (any length, again, found at walmart for $1.97)
a safety pin
*optional, hot glue gun

ELF quad series: BUTTERNUT

Hey chicadees! (and chicadoos! lol)

So I decided to do an entire makeup series on the ELF quads from eyeslipsface.com. All of these quads are $1 each!! NO JOKE! For 4 eyeshadow colors! Such a steal and they are great quality!

So the first installment is in the quad butternut (found here)
It's a beautiful brown smokey eye that you can wear everyday! I do all the time and always get compliments!
